SECTION/RULE §746.3703 - How can I ensure the safety of the children from other persons?

(a) People whose behavior and/or health status poses an immediate threat or danger to the health or safety of the children must not be present when children are in care.(b) People must not consume alcohol or controlled substances without a prescription in the child-care center, during transportation, or on field trips.(c) People must not be under the influence of or impaired by alcohol or controlled substances in the child-care center, during transportation, or on field trips.(d) People must not smoke any e-cigarette, vaporizer, or tobacco product or otherwise use any tobacco product at your child-care center, on the premises, on the playground, in transportation vehicles, or during field trips.
