SECTION/RULE §746.3905 - Must I prevent children from having contact with certain animals while at my child-care center?

(a) Yes. Children must not have contact with chickens, ducks, and reptiles, such as snakes, turtles, lizards, iguanas, and amphibians, such as frogs and toads.(b) You must keep the child-care center and playground free of animals unfamiliar to you.(c) You must not allow children to play with animals unfamiliar to you or other animals that could be dangerous, including exotic animals such as monkeys.
