SECTION/RULE §746.4131 - What are "children's products?"

Children's products are products that are designed or intended to be used by a child under 13 years of age or used by a caregiver during the care of a child under 13 years of age. The term does not include:(1) An item that is not designed or intended to be used solely or primarily by a child under 13 years of age or for the care of a child under 13 years of age;(2) A medication, drug, food, or other item that is intended to be ingested; or(3) Clothing.
