SECTION/RULE §746.4205 - Must I limit the number of children in each room based on the indoor activity space measurements for that room?

(a) Yes. For children less than 18 months old, the number of infants must not exceed the activity space.(b) For children 18 months and older, more children than the room measurement will accommodate must not routinely occupy rooms, unless the age of the children, the equipment and furnishings, and the activity being conducted in the room make it possible.
