SECTION/RULE §746.4217 - May I care for children above or below ground level?

To care for children on any level above or below ground level, you must:(1) Obtain written approval from the state or local fire authority; and(2) Follow any restrictions issued by the state or local fire authority, including any age limits placed on the approval.
