SECTION/RULE §746.4507 - Must I have a telephone at my child-care center?

Yes. You must have:(1) A telephone at your child-care center with a listed telephone number; or(2) Access to a telephone located in the same building for use in an emergency and where a person is available to:(A) Receive incoming calls to the child-care center;(B) Immediately transmit messages regarding children in care to child-care center caregivers; and(C) Make outgoing calls for the child-care center as necessary.
