SECTION/RULE §746.5307 - How often must I inspect and service the fire extinguisher(s)?

(a) The director or designee must inspect them monthly. The date of the inspection and the name of the employee must be recorded.(b) Fire extinguishers must be serviced as required by manufacturer's instructions, or as required by the state or local fire marshal.
