SECTION/RULE §746.5403 - Who must conduct the inspection for gas leaks?

(a) If your child-care center uses natural gas, you must have your child-care center inspected for gas leaks by a licensed plumber or a gas company official.(b) If your child-care center uses liquid propane (LP)-gas, you must have your LP-gas system inspected for proper installation and leaks by a licensed LP-gas servicing company or licensed plumber who is also licensed with the LP-gas section of the Texas Railroad Commission.
