SECTION/RULE §747.503 - Must I provide parents with a copy of my operational polices?

Yes. On or before the date of the child's admission, the parents must sign an enrollment agreement or other similar documents, which must include at least the operational policies listed in this division. You must keep the signed document in the child's record or at least one for each family, if siblings are enrolled at the same time.
