When you change an operational policy or your enrollment agreement, you must notify:(1) Your caregivers of any changes:(2) The parents in writing of any changes. Parents must sign and date the updated information. You must keep the updated information in the child's record or at least one for each family; and(3) Your household members of any changes to the discipline and guidance policy, which must be documented.
