SECTION/RULE §747.803 - How long must I keep records at my child-care home?

(a) Unless otherwise stated in this chapter:(1) You must keep at the child-care home each record that your home is required to post or keep; and(2) These records must be kept for at least three months from the date the record was created.(b) You must keep training records for at least the current and last full training year.
