SECTION/RULE §747.2103 - What must a written activity plan include?

(a) A written activity plan must:(1) List the dates (daily, weekly, or monthly) the plan covers;(2) Outline the specific daily activities, as required by §747.2104 of this subchapter (relating to What specific activities must I include in a written activity plan?);(3) Include sufficient time for activities and routines so that children can progress at their own developmental rate; and(4) Not include long waiting periods between activities or prolonged periods during which children stand or sit.(b) A written activity plan may include one or more screen time activities, as specified in §747.2105 of this subchapter (relating to May I use a screen time activity with a child?), if you also include alternative activities for children who do not want to participate.
