SECTION/RULE §747.2324 - Where must an infant sleep?

An infant must sleep:(1) In a designated crib, cot, bed, or mat as required by §747.2305 of this subchapter (relating to What furnishings and equipment must I have available for infants?); and(2) In an area where the caregiver has auditory or visual awareness of the infant.
