SECTION/RULE §747.2401 - What are the basic care requirements for toddlers?

Basic care for toddlers must include:(1) Routines such as diapering, feeding, sleeping, and indoor and outdoor activity times maintained as closely as possible;(2) Individual attention given to each toddler including playing, talking, and cuddling;(3) Holding and comforting a toddler who is upset; and(4) Ensuring objects less than 1 and 1/4 inches in diameter are kept out of the reach of infants or toddlers.
