SECTION/RULE §747.2403 - How must I arrange the space where I care for toddlers?

The toddler care area must include:(1) Spaces in the child-care home that allow both individual and group time; and(2) A play environment that allows the caregiver to supervise all children as defined in §747.1503 of this chapter (relating to What responsibilities does a caregiver have when supervising a child or children?).
