SECTION/RULE §747.3406 - When may a child who was ill return to my child-care home?
Chapter Review Date 05/17/2024

A child who was ill may return to your child-care home when:(1) The child is free of symptoms of illness for 24 hours; or(2) You have obtained a health-care professional's written statement that the child no longer has an excludable disease or condition.
