SECTION/RULE §747.3801 - Must I have a first-aid kit at my child-care home?

Yes. You must have a first-aid kit available in the child-care home and on all field trips that is:(1) Clearly labeled;(2) Kept in a clean and sanitary manner;(3) Easily accessible to all caregivers and household members;(4) In a designated location; and(5) Kept out of the reach of children.
