SECTION/RULE §747.4115 - Must I comply with additional requirements if my plan to use an outdoor activity area not connected to my child-care home is approved by Licensing?

Yes. If we approve an outdoor activity area not connected to your child-care home, you must:(1) Give parents written notification of the location of the outdoor activity area, upon children's enrollment;(2) Supervise children both during play and while traveling to and from the activity area; and(3) Meet other conditions we specify, if applicable.
