SECTION/RULE §747.5101 - Must my child-care home have a fire-extinguishing system?

Yes. Your child-care home must have a fire-extinguishing system. This may be a sprinkler system and/or fire extinguishers. The state or local fire marshal must approve a sprinkler system.
