SECTION/RULE §747.5117 - How often must I have an electronic smoke alarm system tested?

If you use an electronic smoke alarm system;(1) The monitoring company or state or local fire marshal must test the system at least annually;(2) You must document the date of the inspection and the name and telephone number of the inspector; and(3) You must keep the most recent inspection report at your child-care home.
