SECTION/RULE §747.5411 - May parents provide the child passenger safety seat equipment required for their child?

Parents may provide the child passenger safety seat system for use in transporting their child, if the equipment is appropriate and can be properly secured in the vehicle. You must use the equipment according to manufacturer's instructions.
