SECTION/RULE §748.101 - What plans must I submit for Licensing's approval as part of the application process?

In addition to the relevant application forms required by §745.243 of this title (relating to What does a completed application for a permit include?), as part of the application process, you must submit the following plans to us for approval:(1) A business plan that includes:(A) The location and telephone numbers of all your general residential operations; and(B) A list of persons or officers and their titles that comprise the governing body, if applicable;(2) A fiscal plan that includes:(A) A detailed estimate of the operating costs of the operation for the first three months;(B) Documentation of reserve funds or available credit at least equal to operating costs for the first three months;(C) An estimated 12-month budget of income and expenses; and(D) Predictable funds sufficient for the first year of operation;(3) A sketch of the operation's floor plan showing the dimensions and the purpose of all rooms and specifying where children and caregivers, if applicable, will sleep; and(4) An emergency evacuation and relocation plan that complies with Division 6 of Subchapter O (relating to Emergency Evacuation and Relocation).
