SECTION/RULE §748.119 - What policies must I develop if I use volunteers?

If you use volunteers, you must develop policies that:(1) Include job descriptions and/or responsibilities for the volunteers;(2) Address qualifications, screening, and selection procedures for the volunteers;(3) Address orientation and training programs for the volunteers;(4) Address supervision of volunteers; and(5) Address volunteer contact with children in care.
