SECTION/RULE §748.157 - May I provide child day care services?

You may provide child day care services under the following conditions:(1) You don't provide treatment services to children with emotional disorders;(2) You care for and supervise children who receive day care services separately from the children receiving residential services; and(3) You have separate administrative employees and caregivers for each program.
