SECTION/RULE §748.341 - What are the retention requirements for my operation's policies?

(a) You must maintain a copy of your policies and procedures at the operation. They must be available for review by employees, contract staff, caregivers, Licensing, or your clients, upon request.(b) You must maintain copies of all current and previous policies for at least two years.
