SECTION/RULE §748.343 - What policies and procedures must I have for protecting records?

You must have policies and procedures for:(1) Protecting paper and electronic records from destruction and loss; and(2) Clarifying the persons:(A) Within your operation who are authorized to access records; and(B) Outside of your operation who are authorized by law to have access to records.
