SECTION/RULE §748.431 - How long must I maintain personnel records?

(a) You must maintain annual training records for current personnel for the last full training year and current training year.(b) With the exception of subsection (a) of this section, you must maintain personnel records for a year after an employee's last day of employment or until any investigation involving the employee is resolved, whichever is longer.
