SECTION/RULE §748.537 - What must the system for ensuring that an employee is available to handle emergencies include?

(a) A person designated to handle emergencies must be on call and accessible to your caregivers.(b) You must inform all caregivers and us of the system and how to contact the person on call in case of an emergency.(c) The employee is not required to be a Licensed Child-Care Administrator.
