SECTION/RULE §748.603 - What are the responsibilities of a treatment director?

(a) The treatment director:(1) Is responsible for the overall treatment program, including clinical responsibility for the management of your operation's therapeutic interventions; and(2) Provides direction and overall management of your treatment program.(b) When assigning responsibilities to your treatment director, you must ensure that the treatment director can oversee the treatment of all children receiving treatment services.
