SECTION/RULE §748.936 - When must a caregiver complete emergency behavior intervention training?

Each caregiver must complete emergency behavior intervention training within:(1) Six months from the date that the caregiver last received the training, if the caregiver cares for children at an operation where children receive treatment services; or(2) 12 months from the date the caregiver last received the training, if the caregiver cares for children in a cottage home.
