SECTION/RULE §748.1009 - How many caregivers must I employ?

You must employ an adequate number of qualified caregivers to meet the needs of children, taking into account each child's age, medical, physical, and mental condition and other factors that affect the amount of supervision the child requires, including enough caregivers to meet:(1) Child/caregiver ratios; and(2) All of their responsibilities required in §748.685 of this title (relating to What responsibilities does a caregiver have when supervising a child or children?).
