SECTION/RULE §748.1795 - What activities must I provide for toddlers?

You must provide the following activities for a toddler:(1) Daily opportunities for outdoor play, when weather permits;(2) Opportunities for thinking skills and sensory development;(3) Opportunities for small and large-muscle development;(4) Opportunities for language development;(5) Opportunities for social/emotional development;(6) Opportunities to develop self-help skills such as toileting, hand washing, and feeding; and(7) Supervised naptimes. You must provide a supervised sleep or rest period after the noon meal for all toddlers.
