SECTION/RULE §748.3119 - How often must a fire sprinkler system be inspected?

(a) If your operation has a fire sprinkler system, a company licensed by the State Fire Marshal must inspect the fire sprinkler system at least annually and conduct any required service or testing.(b) You must keep the most recent inspection report at the operation for review. The documentation must indicate the date of the inspection and the inspector's name and telephone number.
