SECTION/RULE §748.3307 - What are the requirements for lighting?

(a) All living quarters must be provided with electric services.(b) The following must be lighted in order to avoid accidents:(1) Habitable rooms;(2) Common use rooms, such as dining rooms, living rooms, laundry rooms, and gymnasiums;(3) Bathrooms;(4) Hallways;(5) Interior stairs;(6) Outside steps and doorways;(7) Porches;(8) Ramps; and(9) Fire escapes.(c) You may not use propane, kerosene, or other flammable fuel as a light source.
