SECTION/RULE §748.3317 - May I use a septic system for sewage disposal?

You may use a septic system for sewage disposal if the septic system:(1) Is sanitary; and(2) Meets the standards of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, including any routine inspections required by law.
