SECTION/RULE §748.3421 - What are the requirements for protecting children from poisonous or flammable material?

You must ensure that poisonous or flammable materials are:(1) Stored in their original, labeled containers;(2) Kept separate from medication, food, food preparation surfaces, and dining surfaces;(3) Stored in an area that is inaccessible to children, unless caregivers have evaluated a child as capable and likely to use such items responsibly; and(4) Cleaned up immediately when spilled.
