SECTION/RULE §748.3521 - What does the term "use zone" mean?

(a) The use zone is the surface area under and around a piece of playground equipment and platforms onto which a child falling from or exiting from the equipment would be expected to land.(b) Other than the equipment itself, the use zone must be free of obstacles that a child could run into or fall on top of and be injured.
