SECTION/RULE §748.3565 - What documentation must I keep at the operation if I use unitary surfacing materials?

(a) If you use unitary surfacing materials, you must have test data from the manufacturer showing:(1) The impact rating of the material (the maximum height of equipment that may be installed over the surfacing material); and(2) Installation and maintenance requirements.(b) This documentation must be at the operation and available for review by Licensing staff upon request.
