SECTION/RULE §748.3607 - What are the requirements for a hot tub?

A hot tub must be:(1) Enclosed per the requirements in §748.3603 of this title (relating to What are the additional requirements for a swimming pool located at my operation?); or(2) Covered with a locking cover when not in use.
