SECTION/RULE §748.3763 - May I include volunteers or employees who do not meet minimum qualifications for caregivers in the swimming child/adult ratio?

To meet the swimming child/adult ratio, you may include adult volunteers and employees of the operation who do not meet the minimum qualifications for caregivers, providing you:(1) Maintain enough caregivers to meet the ratios required in Subchapter G of this chapter (relating to Child/Caregiver Ratios); and(2) Ensure compliance with all other rules of this chapter, including rules relating to supervision and discipline.
