SECTION/RULE §748.4111 - What transportation records must I maintain?

(a) You must maintain on file at your operation the name of each driver who transports children and a copy of a valid driver's license for that person.(b) You must also maintain the following:(1) Insurance verification in the vehicle; or(2) If your transportation services are provided by a private person, a firm under contract, or by another arrangement, you must maintain on file a copy of the person's or firm's insurance coverage.
