These words have the following meanings in this subchapter:(1) Permanent camp--The permanent structure at which the basic needs for camp operation, such as resident housing, water supply and septic systems, and permanent toilet and/or cooking facilities, are provided.(2) Permanent structure--Man-made permanent or semi-permanent structures in which groups of people live, eat, sleep, or assemble, such as dining halls, dormitories, cabins, or other structures which are not constructed to be readily movable.(3) Primitive camp--A portion of the permanent campsite premises or another site at which the basic needs for camp operation, such as water supply systems, and permanent toilet and/or cooking facilities or other permanent structures, are not provided and in which a child stays no longer than 14 days before returning to the permanent camp.
