SECTION/RULE §748.4703 - For purposes of the child/caregiver ratio, how many children can a single caregiver care for when children are asleep at night?

(a) A single caregiver may care for a maximum of eight children during night-time sleeping hours.(b) Caregivers must remain awake during night-time sleeping hours.
