SECTION/RULE §748.4881 - After a child in the care of a psychiatric residential youth treatment facility (PRYTF) turns 18 years old, may the young adult remain in care?

A child who turns 18 years old in the care of a PRYTF may remain in care until the young adult's 22nd birthday.
