SECTION/RULE §749.109 - What must my admission policies include?

Your admission policies must include a description of each program you offer, including:(1) The program's goals and services provided, including whether the program accepts emergency admissions; and(2) The characteristics of the population the program serves, such as gender, age range, behaviors, and diagnoses. If the program includes treatment services, your policy must describe the type of treatment services the program is designed to treat, including emotional disorders, intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, primary medical needs, or trafficking victim services.
