SECTION/RULE §749.129 - What policies must I develop for a legal risk placement program for foster-adoptive families?

If you operate a legal risk placement program, you must develop policies that specify:(1) The requirements for foster-adoptive families to participate in this program; and(2) Criteria used in selecting children for appropriate legal-risk placements.
