SECTION/RULE §749.301 - What is a branch office?

(a) A branch office is anywhere the child placement staff and child master records or foster/adoptive home master records are located.(b) You may operate a branch office if you:(1) Maintain compliance with the rules of this chapter; and(2) Are in good standing with us.
