SECTION/RULE §749.573 - Where must I maintain active master records for clients?

(a) You must maintain the active master case record for a child at the office where the child placement staff that is managing the child's placement is located.(b) You must maintain the active master record for a foster or adoptive home at the office where the child placement staff that is managing the home is located.(c) You must maintain a master list of active client records with a notation of the location of those records in the main office of the agency.
