SECTION/RULE §749.637 - Who must have overall administrative responsibility when the child-placing agency administrator is absent on a frequent and/or extended basis?

(a) The child-placing agency administrator must designate an employee to be responsible for the overall administration of the agency while the administrator is absent from the agency on a frequent and/or extended basis.(b) The designee must be a Licensed Child-Placing Agency Administrator as required in Chapter 43 of the Human Resources Code.
