(a) Your treatment director:(1) Is responsible for your overall treatment program, including clinical responsibility for the management of your agency's therapeutic interventions; and(2) Provides direction and overall management of your treatment program.(b) When assigning responsibilities to your treatment director, you must ensure that the treatment director can oversee the treatment of all children receiving treatment services.
